1. Regularly check the connecting bolts and square head bolts that fix the toothed plate to prevent loosening.

　　2. Lubricate each bearing, gear, and irregular gear 1-2 times per shift to ensure sufficient lubricating oil inside the bearing and reduce excessive damage to the sleeve and gear.

　　3. The feeding particle size should not exceed the specified size, and the feeding should be continuous and uniform to prevent material blockage.

　　4. Regularly check the temperature of the spare bearings, and the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 25-30C above room temperature.

　　5. The bearing slide of the moving roller should be cleaned regularly to remove dust and impurities, in order to prevent materials from entering the moving roller and causing accidents.

　　6. When there is a sudden power outage, disconnect the power supply of the motor first to prevent accidents caused by sudden power outages. Then remove the uncut material from the shredder to prevent the safety pin from being cut off due to excessive load during startup.

　　7. Pay attention to the working condition of the safety pin. If the safety pin is cut off, immediately cut off the power to prevent the large pulley from spinning on the sleeve for too long, which may cause excessive wear on its mating surface, even leading to shaft hugging and other accidents.

　　8. Operators should strictly follow safety technical operating procedures and should not operate arbitrarily to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
